This Privacy Policy explains how Atiende ("we," "us," "our"), operated from the State of Florida, United States, collects and uses information. By using our service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Calls are answered by AI and may be recorded. Calls routed to Atiende are handled by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed for quality and record-keeping. You, the business, are responsible for any caller notice or consent required where you operate.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and configure your AI receptionist, deliver leads and recordings to your dashboard, provide support, process billing, and improve service quality. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing with service providers

We share data only with providers that power the service — including our voice/telephony and AI vendors (such as Vapi and voice-model providers) — strictly to operate the service. They are bound to protect the data and use it only for that purpose.

4. Data retention

We retain account and call data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your data as described below; some records may be retained where required by law.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices & rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information by emailing hello@atiende.io. You may cancel your account at any time.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
